The Smooth Operator
The Smooth Operator is a controller I created for Yamaha’s YMF262 4-OP OPL3 music chip. This board interfaces with a MusicBox OPL3 module and breaks out all of the sound settings into physical knobs and switches. An Arduino Nano provides the brains to control the sound module, MIDI In/Out, as well as an LCD screen.
